This is a blog about a mad idea I’ve had – a barcamp for people who are trying to represent, promote and fundraise for churches, dioceses and other broadly religious institutions online. I’d like it to be very much in the “unconference” mode of events like LocalGovCamp but beyond that I’m really not sure what we’d talk about – which I guess is kind of the point of an “unconference”. I want it to be a place where people who are at the forefront of this new way of communicating for a traditional institution like the Church can share ideas, issues and solutions.
So feel free to comment on this blog and let me know if you’d be interested, what you’d like to talk about, where you think we should have it – anything.
